In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "pk465" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" — refers to pk465 and its affiliated entities operating the website at pk465.org, including all gaming, sportsbook, and financial services offered therein.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the pk465 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — refers to the registered player account created on pk465, through which the player accesses all platform services.
• "PKR" — refers to Pakistani Rupees, the official currency of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, which is the sole currency used for transactions on pk465.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to any promotional credits, free spins, deposit match amounts, or other incentive funds credited to a player's account as part of a pk465 promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before any winnings derived from it become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Sportsbook" — refers to the sports betting section of pk465, including cricket, PSL, tennis, football, basketball, and UFC markets.
• "Live Casino" — refers to the real-time, dealer-hosted casino games available on pk465, including Teen Patti 20-20, Baccarat, Roulette, and Blackjack.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer procedures, being the identity and age verification process required by pk465 in compliance with its licensing obligations.
• "Self-Exclusion" — refers to the voluntary restriction tool available to players through their pk465 account settings, allowing them to restrict or suspend access to the platform for a defined or indefinite period.

To be eligible to register and use pk465, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are registering as an individual in your own name and for your own personal, non-commercial use only.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited, or where access to pk465 would be unlawful.
• You do not already hold an active or suspended pk465 account.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of pk465 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from pk465 under a self-exclusion arrangement that remains in effect.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or on behalf of any third party.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact number. pk465 reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including government-issued identity documents — to verify any information provided. Providing false or misleading information at registration will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held in the account pending review.

pk465 operates a strict one-account-per-person policy. Players found to have registered multiple accounts will have all duplicate accounts closed. Winnings accumulated through duplicate accounts may be voided at pk465's sole discretion.

Once your pk465 account is active, you are solely responsible for all activity that takes place through it. This includes all bets placed, games played, deposits made, and communications sent from your account.

• You must keep your pk465 login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where prompted or available. pk465 strongly recommends all players activate 2FA as an additional layer of account security.
• You must notify pk465 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or believe your credentials have been compromised.
• pk465 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your account information remains accurate and up to date. Changes to personal details, including contact numbers and addresses, must be updated through your account settings or by contacting pk465 support.
• pk465 accounts are personal and non-transferable. Selling, transferring, or assigning your account to another individual is strictly prohibited.

All financial transactions on pk465 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk465 supports the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. Transactions via any other method are not accepted and pk465 accepts no responsibility for funds transferred through unsupported channels.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your pk465 account instantly. Deposits via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are subject to standard interbank processing times and are typically reflected within one business day. pk465 does not charge platform fees on standard deposits.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method registered in the same name as the pk465 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• JazzCash & EasyPaisa: 5–15 minutes on average
• HBL, UBL & Meezan Bank: Same business day for requests submitted before 4:00 PM PKT; next business day thereafter

Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. pk465 may place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests pending identity verification, particularly where the account has not previously processed a withdrawal or where unusual activity has been detected. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000.

pk465 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard compliance requirement and is not an indication of any wrongdoing on the part of the player.

pk465 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players from time to time. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback promotions, and PSL season special offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific conditions stated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed KYC verification and are in good standing with pk465.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds. Real-money funds are wagered first unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Each bonus is associated with a wagering requirement, which will be clearly stated in the offer details. Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the offer. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account automatically without notice.
• pk465 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or disqualify a player from a promotion where abuse or manipulation of the offer is suspected.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Winnings derived entirely from bonus funds, without any real-money stake contribution, may be subject to a maximum withdrawal cap as stated in the relevant offer terms.

All bets and games on pk465 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product, sport, or game type. These rules are accessible within the relevant section of the platform. In the event of a conflict between a specific game or sport rule and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific rule shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

Sportsbook: Bets are accepted on the basis of the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. pk465 reserves the right to limit stakes, decline bets, or restrict markets at its discretion. In-play bets are subject to real-time odds and may be suspended during certain phases of a match or event.

Results and Settlements: Match results used for settlement purposes are determined by pk465 based on official results from the relevant governing body. In the case of cricket and PSL, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and international cricket governing bodies' official results are used. For disputes regarding settlement, pk465's decision shall be final, subject to the complaints procedure outlined in Section 13.

Casino Games: All casino and slot games on pk465 use certified random number generators (RNG) audited by independent testing laboratories. The return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all slot games are published within the relevant game information screens. pk465 does not manipulate game outcomes.

• Bets placed after an event has concluded will be voided.
• System errors or technical faults that result in clearly erroneous odds or game outcomes will be investigated; pk465 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting and gaming products and are displayed within the relevant interface.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pk465. Engaging in any of the activities listed below will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and potential permanent closure of your account, along with forfeiture of any associated balance where fraud or misconduct is confirmed:

• Registering more than one account, whether using the same or different personal details.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with any part of the pk465 platform.
• Collusion with other players for the purpose of manipulating game outcomes or sportsbook results.
• Match-fixing or knowingly placing bets on events the outcome of which has been predetermined or manipulated.
• Exploiting software errors, display bugs, or any technical vulnerability to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or using pk465 to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or KYC.
• Accessing pk465 from a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pk465 support staff or other users through any communication channel.

pk465 cooperates with relevant authorities and may share information about suspected fraudulent or illegal activity in compliance with its legal obligations.

All content on the pk465 platform — including but not limited to the pk465 logo, brand name, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of pk465 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pk465 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of the pk465 platform or its content without prior written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software forming part of pk465.
• Use the pk465 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any context outside of fair referential use without written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on pk465 content or design elements.

Any unauthorised use of pk465 intellectual property may result in legal action. If you believe any content on pk465 infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact pk465 support with full details of your claim.

pk465 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering on pk465, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

Key data practices to be aware of:

• Personal data provided during registration and KYC is used solely for the purposes of identity verification, account management, fraud prevention, and compliance with legal obligations.
• Financial transaction data is retained in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and financial record-keeping requirements.
• pk465 does not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
• pk465 uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve platform performance and personalise your experience. You may manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by pk465, subject to legal retention requirements. Requests should be directed to pk465 support.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk465 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, or winnings arising from technical interruptions, platform downtime, or connectivity issues outside of pk465's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses of any kind arising from use of the pk465 platform.
• Losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules, betting mechanics, or bonus terms.
• Any third-party actions, including payment processor delays or errors that are outside pk465's direct control.

pk465's total liability to any player in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, except in cases of fraud or wilful misconduct by pk465.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude pk465's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for any matter which cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

pk465 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity documentation when requested.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Account found to belong to an individual under 21 years of age.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement instruction relating to the account.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, pk465 will retain any balance in the account until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation finds no wrongdoing, the balance will be released to the player. If misconduct is confirmed, pk465 reserves the right to forfeit the balance in accordance with its anti-fraud procedures.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting pk465 support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method, subject to withdrawal processing times, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied.

pk465 takes its duty of care to players seriously. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible directly through your account settings without requiring a support request:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when your gaming session has reached a duration you have pre-selected.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without permanently closing it.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or long-term exclude yourself from the pk465 platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and is enforced across all platform products.

pk465 is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and efficiently. If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the pk465 platform — including game outcomes, account management, financial transactions, or bonus settlements — please follow the procedure below:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Raise your complaint directly with the pk465 support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Please include your account username, the date and time of the incident, and a clear description of the issue.
2. Step 2 — Acknowledgement: pk465 will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 24 hours and assign it a reference number for tracking purposes.
3. Step 3 — Investigation: pk465 will investigate the complaint and aim to provide a substantive response within five (5) business days. Complex cases may require additional time, in which case pk465 will notify you of the expected resolution timeline.
4. Step 4 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the outcome provided by pk465 support, you may request escalation to pk465's compliance team. The compliance team's decision will be issued in writing and constitutes pk465's final position.

All complaints must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the incident giving rise to the complaint. pk465 will not consider complaints submitted outside this window except in exceptional circumstances.

pk465 operates under an international gaming licence. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk465 holds its operating licence. By using the pk465 platform, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process outlined in Section 13.

Nothing in this clause shall affect your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence, to the extent that those rights cannot be excluded or limited by contract.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

pk465 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes may be made for a variety of reasons including but not limited to regulatory updates, changes to platform services, security improvements, or clarifications of existing provisions.

When material changes are made to these Terms and Conditions, pk465 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or through a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms and Conditions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the pk465 platform following notification of updated Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any updated terms, you must cease using pk465 and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.
